Fixed-feeOur standard practice: we will quote you a fixed price for services, based on an agreed scope of work, and will bill you once that work is completed.

Time-basedWe will work on a retained basis, charging a standard rate per hour for any services provided, and will bill you once a month.

Equity exchangeOccasionally, we may be prepared to work for an equity stake in your business, rather than cash.

EngagementWe hold an introductory personal consultancy with all prospective clients. From this introductory discussion, we produce a written summary document analysing the particular needs and issues, key challenges and opportunities facing your business. This service is completely free and the output is yours to keep.
Along with our initial analysis, we will include a partnership proposal outlining how we could best help you and your business on an ongoing basis. If you like what you see you can formally engage with us, at which point we will issue an Engagement Letter. Our Engagement Letter will set out contact details, a full schedule of agreed Services, any relevant Timelines, a clear explanation of associated Fees and Billing Schedule, and our respective Rights and Obligations. |
